Order Acknowledgement

Once your order has been processed an invoice will be sent to the email provided. A 50% non-refundable and non-transferable retainer is required to hold all cake orders. Full payment must be received three (3) days prior to the pick up/delivery date. Marblelous Cakes is not responsible for any damage to the cake, or shortage of cake, caused by a guest, caterer, or any other person. By acknowledging below I understand that I am ordering from a Texas Home Bakery that operates under the Texas Cottage Food Law.
